The following is a confidential form for reporting incidents in violation of our Equity Policy, Harvard’s Sexual Harassment or Bullying Policies, or other IRC or Harvard policies or best practices or laws we are to follow. In addition, any retaliation, attempt to obstruct fact-finding or any other improper behavior associated with this process should also be reported here.
If you experience concerning behavior, it is not your responsibility to determine if it is in violation of our rules. That can be determined after a report is filed and in collaboration with the designated responder.
In addition, while this website is maintained by the Board of Strategy and Social Impact, data is not saved nor is it accessible by anyone other than whom you have reported it to. This means that no one, including the President or Chief of Strategy, is able to access these records by any means as it is simply not saved in our database. The system directly emails the relevant responder without leaving any record in our system or in any sent folder.
All reports are treated with appropriate confidentiality and care and retaliation for reporting is not permitted under our policies and guidelines. Any retaliatory behavior or situational updates should be reported through this form.
If you prefer, you can reach out directly to the IRC response director (response@harvardirc.org) to set up a meeting at any time.
While the default option for response is our Response Director Kaylee Burgess, who has been trained and selected for this role, you can also report to any Corporate Officer with whom you feel comfortable. In addition, you can report such incidents to program leadership through their own policies and procedures.
You are free to request that certain individuals not be permitted to read or otherwise know about your complaint or be involved with processing it.
